    Always in the Fridge!

    So every morning I now brew up some tea then pour it into a jug of chilled water. It encourages me to drink more during the day, and I just add whatever flavour I feel like to it. For sugar free, try diet cordial.

    The passion fruit flavour was definitely delicious!
