    Misleading, but a pretty good product.

    My bubble tea came 3 weeks after ordering, which would've been reasonable if I hadn't planned on receiving it in 2-4 business days, as it said on the site. (I did reach out to customer service, and after the second attempt they responded) Additionally, the website says the mystery boxes are "great value," but when I checked with the items I recieved, I noticed the $100 mystery box is actually only $106 when tallied up. This was very disappointing. I must say that I will be repurchasing from this brand as their teas and customer service are good; however, I don't plan on getting a mystery box, and next time I'll just choose what teas I want.
