Directions
Place one tea bag in 250 ml of hot water. Steep for 1-5 minutes (depends on how strong you like your tea) and then remove the tea bag and flowers.
Place 3 butterfly pea flowers in 100 ml of hot water at 90°C. Steep for 3-4 minutes until it turns dark blue.
Let's bring it all together (for gradient effect):
Place
Passionfruit syrup at the bottom of the cup and add fructose
Add half a
glass of ice
Pour brewed tea into cup then slowly pour butterfly blue tea to
create the gradient effect.
Optional:
Add in your topping of
choice.

Tip:
You can actually get another 3 serves of tea from 1 tea bag because our tea bags are bigger than usual and packed full of tea leaves. Brew 1 L of tea and keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days for future use.
If your tea taste too strong or too bitter, brew 1 tea bag in 1L of warm water (not hot) for 1-2 minutes. Give it a taste and brew longer if needed. .
