Our cups must be hand-washed and not placed in the dishwasher or left submerged in water. The straw is easily cleaned with its accompanied wide bristled straw cleaner. Our clear plastic straws are not suitable for hot drinks as it will warp.

Bring along your clean Cup 49 to your go-to bubble tea store and ask if they will accept your reusable cup (pssst.. and to make the experience as easy as possible make sure to remove the lid and straw when you pass the cup to the store).

Great cup- annoying straw
The cup is great & the straw would be too if you didn't have to take off the lid to insert it.
It's great that the cup's seal is firm so you can literally shake the team to mix it up well, if the straw could go in without having to then remove the lid it would be perfect

The best for Iced Lattes too!
I originally recieved one of these fantastic cups as a gift during my bubble tea obsession during covid.
I recently got into Iced Lattes and this is the perfect reusable cup for these (& my local cafe fills it all the way to the top - I get so much more Iced latte with this cup too!).
It's now my favourite thing in each day making myself an iced latte at home and enjoying it from this fantastic reusable cup! Not to mention the $7 saving each day! LOVE IT :)

Blue cup
Overall this cup is amazing it's a lot bigger than what I expected but that's not a bad thing. The only thing I would possibly change is add a spare rubber stopper because they feel a little flimsy. However I believe you sell spare lids so that may not be an issue.
