Yoghurt fruit bubble tea is the new craze now! It is made with yoghurt syrup inspired by Yakult, a type of fermented milk. It is tangy, sweet and pairs beautifully with any fruit syrup, especially mango. Just choose your tea base from Jasmine Green Tea or Oolong Tea and your toppings: pearls/boba, jellies, popping pearls for the perfect cup of bubble tea.
We are very picky about our bubble tea so we made sure to source only premium ingredients from Taiwan in our recipes. To make this recipe, you will need ingredients that can be found in our Yoghurt Bubble Tea Kit.

Ingredients
Directions
For Yoghurt Bubble Tea
Place one tea bag in 300 ml of hot water. Steep for 1-5 minutes (depends on how strong you like your tea) and then remove the tea bag. The colder the water and the shorter the steeping, the weaker the tea.
Stir in the Yoghurt Syrup and and then add fructose to your desired sweetness. Give it a good stir.

Pro Tip:
You can actually get another 3 serves of tea from 1 tea bag because our tea bags are bigger than usual and packed full of tea leaves. Brew 1 L of tea and keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days for future use.
If your tea taste too strong or too bitter, brew 1 tea bag in 1L of warm water (not hot) for 1-2 minutes. Give it a taste and brew longer if needed.
