Strawberry Taro Milk Tea Recipe

We're so excited to introduce our new Strawberry Taro Milk Tea! It is the perfect combination of milky taro and sweet strawberry with pulp. Want to level up your milk tea game? Add some butterfly pea tea to give it that gorgeous blue hue.

We are very picky about our bubble tea so we made sure to source only premium ingredients from Taiwan in our recipes. To make this recipe, all you need is our Strawberry Taro Milk Tea Kit.

Strawberry Taro Milk Tea

Strawberry Taro Milk Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp strawberry fruit syrup

  • 2.5 tbsp/25g taro milk tea blend

  • 100ml water

  • 100ml cold milk

  • 1/2 cup of Ice

  •  1 butterfly pea flower

Directions

  1.  Mix 2.5 tbsp of taro milk tea blend with 100ml hot water and 50ml milk. Stir until dissolved.

  2.  Optional: Brew 1 butterfly pea flower in 30mL of hot water at 90°C. Steep for 4 minutes.

  1.  Add strawberry fruit syrup to bottom of glass.

  2.  Add ice.

  3.  Pour in 50ml milk.

  4.  Pour in your taro milk tea slowly onto the ice

  5. 1. Optional: add in your favourite toppings.

  6.  Optional: pour in your blue tea slowly onto the ice to create nice colour separations

  7.  Enjoy!
