Prepare 400ml water in a pot and bring to a boil over a stove
Put 1.5tbsp (30g) pearls into the boiling water (make sure it's on a rolling boil) and give it a stir so it doesn't stick.
Cook over a low flame and stir occasionally for 20 minutes or until your desired chewiness.
Drain the water and add pearls to the drink! Tip: soak your cooked pearls in our brown sugar syrup or fructose for a sweeter taste.Cooked pearls are best consumed within 4 hours.
