How to brew Butterfly Pea Flower/Blue Tea

Butterfly Pea Flower

Hot water
Directions
Place 5 flowers in 300mL of hot water at 90°C
Steep for 4-5 minutes and watch the magic happen as it slowly turns a gorgeous blue
You can enjoy it as is or chill it down with ice.
